Hashtag Generator
A rule-based hashtag generator that extracts meaningful words from your text, drops stopwords, ranks them by frequency, and formats them as hashtags in camelCase or lowercase. Dedupes results and lets you cap the count. Output is a copyable string plus chips. Runs entirely in your browser.
Examples
Morning hike through the mountain trails at sunrise
#Morning #Hike #Mountain #Trails #Sunrise
How it works
Your text is lowercased and split into words. Common words and words of one or two letters are dropped, the rest are counted, and the most frequent become hashtags, with words that occur equally often kept in the order they first appear.
Morning hike through the mountain trails at sunrise #Morning #Hike #Through #Mountain #Trails #Sunrise
Each hashtag is a single word; two words are never joined into one tag such as #MountainTrails. You set the maximum, from 1 to 60. The tags come only from your own text. The tool has no access to trending or popular hashtags, so add a few of those yourself for reach.
