ToolOrbit provides free, browser-based utility tools. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
2. Acceptable use
Use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it abusively, or use it to process content you have no right to process.
3. Results are informational
Calculators and converters (including finance, health and tax-related tools) provide estimates for general information only and are not professional financial, medical, legal or tax advice. Verify important figures with a qualified professional before acting on them.
4. Your content
Because tools run locally in your browser, we never receive your content and claim no rights over it. You are responsible for the content you process and for complying with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual property
The ToolOrbit name, logo, design and site content are the property of OrbitTechLab. You may link to any page freely.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolOrbit and OrbitTechLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data loss or decisions made based on tool output.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
