Sometimes you only need part of a PDF: a single signed page, one chapter, or every page as its own file. ToolOrbit’s Split PDF tool extracts exactly what you want, processing the document locally with pdf-lib.
Two ways to split
- Extract a range: enter something like 1-3,5 to pull those pages into a new PDF.
- Split every page: download each page as its own separate PDF file.
How to use it
- Drop in or select your PDF — the tool shows the page count.
- Type the pages to extract, or choose Split every page.
- Download the extracted PDF or the individual page files.
Page numbers are 1-based and inclusive, so 2-4 keeps pages 2, 3 and 4. Pages outside the range are ignored.
Lossless by design
Splitting copies the original pages exactly; nothing is recompressed or re-rendered. The extracted file looks identical to the source, just shorter, and it never leaves your browser.
