Turning photos or scans into a single PDF makes them easy to share, print, and archive. ToolOrbit’s Images to PDF tool combines your JPG and PNG files into one document, each image on its own page, all in the browser.
How it works
Each image is embedded directly into the PDF — JPGs as JPEG, PNGs as PNG — and a page is created at the image’s exact dimensions. Embedding avoids re-encoding, so your images keep their original quality.
How to use it
- Drop in or select your JPG and PNG images.
- Reorder them — each becomes one page in that order.
- Click Create PDF and the document downloads.
For multi-page scans, name your files so they sort in order, or use the reorder controls before building the PDF.
Private and offline
Because the conversion runs locally with pdf-lib, sensitive documents like ID scans or signed forms never get uploaded. Everything happens on your device.
